General purpose rubber - SBR

Rubber SBR sheets is used as a sealing and impact-absorbing material in various sectors of heavy industry, the construction industry and agriculture. They are used as semi-finished products for the manufacture of various types of seal and components. We supply them as standard in rolls or sheets in the required size and thickness.

Properties:

  • better abrasion resistance and ageing properties than NR
  • can withstand higher temperatures for short periods than NR
  • small impact resistance elasticity and a significant increase in temperature
  • poor notch toughnessunder dynamic loading
  • flammable
